The Warhol Fabulous Collection’s glittering dials mixed with rich hues of plastic and metallic gold evoke the glamourous scene of 1978. The artwork on the reverse side of the hangtag is a slice from Andy Warhol’s series of Shadows silkscreens done in 1978 and 1979. Warhol referred to the Shadows not as art but as “disco decor.” In some works he applied crushed glass or diamond dust as Warhol called it. Fabulous!
